The location is good, 2 km from a destination beach. It's in a very beautiful building in the absolutely stunning area.

We appreciate the location of the hotel as an oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Karon. The complex is a huge, expansive tropical garden. We had (again) a Plunge Pool Villa, the rooms are very spacious with a huge terrace (roofed) and a Plunge Pool. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous.
the shower room on the last day was an unreasonable demand not corresponding to the category of the hotel (the hotel was fully booked, so we could not keep the room any longer)

The Paradox Resort Phuket, Sha Plus provided a pleasant atmosphere for my business trip. The staff was accommodating, assisting me efficiently with my meeting setup and requests. The room was well-maintained and offered fine views of the beach with a relaxing environment after a long day of work. The breakfast selection catered to various tastes.
Wi-Fi connectivity faced occasional disruptions.

We liked everything about Moevenpick Resort but a little bit old hotel room facility. The greatest thing about this resort was no mosquitos here unlike any other resorts that I had stayed for 3 more nights. Pools and breakfast were all great.

Beautiful Botanical Hotel with a recommendation for gluten intolerant guests ! . The staff were very nice and well trained. The location is very good, 3 minutes to the beach ! The restaurants in the hotel offer very good fruit juices!
The air conditioner is a little loud in the room so that at nights sometimes one cannot sleep calmly. But you can get used to it.

Had a blast with friends, enjoying the fine pools and delicious dining options. We visited Patong for some nightlife and explored local eateries. The super nice team, especially when we needed assistance. Just a note , the resort's layout is large, so be ready to walk a bit. The breakfast spread was amazing, too!
The only downside was that the pool area got a little crowded at times, and it was tricky to find loungers since some towels were left over for long periods.

great stay, but minor flaws
The room was great with its beautiful design. The staff consistently provided really good service, always ready to assist. I especially appreciated the seamless late checkout arrangement they offered. The sea view from my villa was amazing and made my mornings good.
The menu options were somewhat limited .

Breakfast at the hotel was very good. Hotel very centrally located. The staff was very friendly and solved problems (exchange of the shower head) within shortest time.
The rooms are very dark and already aged. Unfortunately no 5 star standard. A lot of Russian guests. The drinks in the hotel and at the pool bar are very expensive by Thai standards.

The dinner in the restaurant very good. The pools and the outside area very nice and clean. The proximity to the beach
The unclean dishes at breakfast. The room with 2 × 2 beds for 2 couples booked months before did not work out either. But we did get a good upgrade to a villa.

The price for Internet for example. More than 600 Baht (more than 15 EURO) for 24 hours I would call street robbery!! By the way they do not offer wireless (only with cable!)
